The Value Logistics team recently had the opportunity to visit YTO Express at their Northern Headquarters Base in Yongqing County, China — one of the largest logistics operations in the world.
The visit offered a first-hand look at large-scale sorting and distribution infrastructure, automation, and the operational discipline that underpins high-volume logistics networks.
For the team, the trip was a valuable benchmark: seeing how a global logistics leader structures its operations provides useful reference points as Value Logistics continues to grow its own capacity across Rwanda and the region.
