Value Group is a Rwanda-based logistics ecosystem comprising Value Logistics, Value Training Center, and Kazi, headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use this website. Our individual companies may maintain additional policies specific to their services on their own websites.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your full name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.

We also collect basic usage information automatically, such as the pages visited, how visitors arrive, and the type of device and browser used, to help us improve the website. This is described in section 7.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, connect you with the relevant Value Group company, communicate with you about our services, and send you important updates you have requested. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Sharing of Information

Inquiries submitted through this website may be shared internally with the relevant Value Group company (Value Logistics, Value Training Center, or Kazi) so the right team can respond to you. We may also share information where required by law or by competent authorities in Rwanda.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts visits without using cookies, to see which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This information is aggregated.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, the type of device and browser used, and the approximate location (city or country level). Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. These cookies, and Google Analytics itself, are only used if you click Accept on our cookie notice. If you decline, or have not yet chosen, Google Analytics does not run and no analytics cookies are set.

We have switched off Google’s advertising features, so we do not use analytics data for advertising, and we do not combine it with the details you send us through our forms. Information collected by Google Analytics is transferred to and processed by Google, which may store it on servers outside Rwanda. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
